1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevCogs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is provided by RevCogs ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

RevCogs is a web application that integrates with Discogs to help users:

  • Browse and manage their Discogs vinyl collection
  • Create and manage marketplace listings
  • Update prices individually or in bulk
  • Access pricing suggestions and competitive pricing analysis

The Service requires you to authenticate with your Discogs account via OAuth. We do not store your Discogs password.

3. Account and Authentication

To use the Service, you must have a valid Discogs account and authorize RevCogs to access your account through Discogs OAuth. By authorizing access, you grant us permission to:

  • Read your Discogs collection and inventory
  • Create, modify, and delete marketplace listings on your behalf
  • Access pricing information for releases

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discogs account. You may revoke RevCogs's access at any time through your Discogs account settings.

4. Subscription and Payments

RevCogs offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

Free Tier

Limited to 5 marketplace listings (all-time count)

Pro Tier

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to Pro:

  • You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

One Account Per User

Each user is permitted one RevCogs account, tied to their Discogs account. Creating multiple Discogs accounts to obtain additional free tier allocations is a violation of both our Terms and Discogs' policies.
