RevCogs bridges your Discogs library and the marketplace. Bulk-convert hundreds of records to listings in seconds, automate competitive pricing, and work your inventory from one dense, professional-grade console.
No credit card · Official Discogs API · 5 listings free
Three steps from shelf to sold.
Connect Discogs via the official API. Your entire collection and folder structure loads instantly — no CSVs, no manual entry.
Multi-select records, batch-grade media and sleeve condition, auto-set prices to the market median, and push to For Sale in one action.
Listings land back on Discogs immediately. Reprice in bulk whenever the market moves — select your whole catalog and apply a pricing rule in one action.
The bottleneck for high-volume sellers is the manual labor of listing. Select many records at once, apply condition grading and pricing rules in batch, and publish to the marketplace in a single action.
Six ways to move faster than one record at a time.
Listing, grading, pricing, and cleanup are all built as batch operations first. Whatever you'd normally repeat two hundred times, RevCogs does once — across the whole selection.
Select an entire folder — or your whole collection — and push every record to the marketplace in one action. No opening two hundred individual "Add Listing" forms.
Apply a media grade and sleeve grade across a whole selection at once, then fine-tune the outliers by hand. Grade fifty records in the time it takes to grade one.
Set a pricing rule once — undercut the lowest listing, match the market median, floor at your cost — and apply it to an entire batch simultaneously.
Prices don't go stale. A background job re-checks comparable listings and re-quotes your whole catalog to stay competitive, around the clock, without you touching a thing.
Move a batch of listings from Draft to For Sale — or pull them back — in a single action. Pause a whole shelf for restocking without touching one record at a time.
Clear sold items out of your collection in bulk once inventory is settled. Change your mind? Every removed item sits in Recently Removed for 60 days, ready to restore.
Manually re-checking prices doesn't scale past a handful of records. We're building auto-pricing properly: set a floor, and RevCogs re-quotes each listing against what competitors are actually charging for that exact condition — overnight, floor-protected, never below the price you set. We'd rather ship it late than have it quietly misprice your catalog.
See the Discogs price ladder for every grade side by side — M through P — with live marketplace context, so you can price a VG+ against VG+ instead of guessing.
Find any pressing with fuzzy search and granular filters. No paging through thousands of records to locate one matrix.
A dense, sortable table of everything for sale. Edit prices inline, flip statuses instantly, and track portfolio value in real time.

Start for free, upgrade when you're ready to scale your operation.

Thanks to Yup for the request. Selecting items on the Inventory page is no longer capped at one page. Tick the header checkbox and you'll get a "Select all N items" banner that grabs your whole inventory — or everything matching your current search or filter — so you can bulk edit prices and descriptions across the entire catalog in one go. Large updates are automatically batched and throttled to respect Discogs' rate limits, with a live progress counter and per-item error reporting so nothing gets silently dropped.

Big thanks to Richard for catching this one. Competitive pricing now actually respects the media condition you've selected — previously it was comparing your NM record against the cheapest VG+ listing on the marketplace, which dragged your prices down. The price analysis widget now shows a per-condition ladder, links straight to live listings on Discogs, and warns you when there's no recent sales data for a given grade.
